We are seeking to appoint someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly.
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy, and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential
- Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
- Is up to date with current research around high quality teaching
- Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies
- Is able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils
- Has the potential to lead subject/s
- Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
- Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
