Social Care Market Quality Assurance and Contracts Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join our social care quality assurance and contracts team. As the manager of the team, you will lead on transforming and imbedding a quality assurance process and structure for our care market in Shropshire. The post will manage the team in their work to ensure we have great quality services, thorough and effective contract management and support for our markets for adult and children social care services and oversee contract compliance in relation community care and support services, such as residential and nursing homes, domiciliary care, supported living services, and other community contracts.
You will be part of a dedicated and experienced team who work closely with Social Care colleagues to promote good outcomes for people who use our services. You will be working with a range of partner agencies to support vulnerable adults, children, young people, and families and continue to develop collaborative working. For this position we are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for delivering quality care to people in Shropshire. The role will involve:
- Transforming and imbedding a quality assurance structure and performance management tools for monitoring the care market
- Providing contract support and management relating to Social Care Services
- Project management and service transformation for social care
- Delivery of contracted care services through effective and positive partnerships
