We are currently recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join the Learning Disability and Autism Team. The post is based at The Lantern, Shrewsbury. However, for flexible and agile working, we offer a hybrid model of working.

Building on the work of the already well-established Preparing for Adulthood Team, this is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team and be part of shaping practice for adults with learning disabilities in Shropshire.

The successful candidate will be two years post qualified and will have recent experience working in Adult Social Care, ideally in a leadership role. We will also consider applications from social workers who are looking to progress.
