The Senior Mechanical Engineer responsible for mechanical design solutions for a wide range of revenue and capital projects within the Minor and Major Works Team’s for Property Services Group clients. Building types and functions include those for Schools, Offices, Leisure, Libraries, Social Services, Fire Authorities and other organisations.  The post will assist in developing a strategy to support the Councils Carbon Neutral agenda, in relation to reducing, and where possible eliminating, carbon emissions associated with building services installations.
