We are seeking people who are passionate about improving lives of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in looked after care and can show understanding, compassion and empathy whilst providing a high-quality care.
We are looking for flexible and dynamic people to join us in providing care and support to children who have complex needs, may display socially unaware behaviour and may have experienced abuse, neglect and trauma.
Previous experience or qualifications are not required; as we offer a comprehensive training package. However, you will need to be caring, resilient and motivated.
