Qualified Social Worker - Adults
We are a generic Adult Social Care team, working in the Central area of Shropshire. We support individuals from the age of 18 onwards with a variety of needs, including Older Adults, Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities and their families. We work remotely and in person with individuals in the community and placement settings.
The successful applicant will need to evidence that they have some experience in understanding and supporting the needs of older people, adults with learning disabilities and adults with physical disabilities.
