If so, then you may be interested in an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Stepping Stones Project. Stepping Stones is a Shropshire Council Multi-disciplinary service, working with children and families in a therapeutically informed way. We support children and young people who are in care or on the edge of care; working closely with parents of young people. This project rethinks how we support children to remain with their families or foster families, using outreach workers, and other professionals; to provide an on-going structured support package, each package being bespoke to the family.
