Mental Health Social Worker
Mental Health Social Worker
Mental Health social work is about relationship-based working and as a social worker there is real job satisfaction in seeing someone’s strengths develop through person centred assessment and planning. We strive to effect positive change in strength-based practice, working to a trauma informed approach.
We are a very supportive team, with regular supervision, peer reflective sessions, working alongside colleagues.
You will have a team base to work from alongside the option of home working. Flexible working arrangements are encouraged for a healthy work life balance.
There are excellent opportunities for training as Shropshire Council enables you to work effectively.
