Marketing & Communications Officer

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Recruitment Communications Officer in the Fostering Service, based in Shrewsbury. This role will support the Marketing and Events Manager to provide excellent engagement with new and existing foster carers, creating, supporting & administering the recruitment processes and assisting in marketing campaign delivery.

We are looking for a marketer who has enthusiasm, positivity, the ability to work to tight timescales and a commitment to contributing to the promotion of the fostering service. The suitable candidate will have 2+ years of marketing experience, including social media content creation and monitoring, video filming & editing, e-newsletters and database management. Attention to detail and excellent copywriting skills are must-haves. The suitable candidate will be organised and confident in engaging new enquirers and talking them through our recruitment process.
