We are recruiting a Learning and Development Officer, who plays a vital role in delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism (Oliver's Training) for health and social care staff. 

As a learning and development officer delivering this training, you will have an in-depth understanding of learning disability and autism and are likely to have training experience. You will lead and support co-trainers who will be autistic and people with a learning disability.  Supervising the expert co-trainers who have been appointed specifically due to their lived experience, the postholder will lead the delivery of the national training material and provide support to the expert co-trainers themselves.
