The successful candidate for the role of Housing Benefit Accuracy Initiative Admin Support will be responsible for identifying customers required to complete a full claim review and send them the information necessary for them to do so, collating evidence required for an officer to complete the required reassessment of the claim, and dealing with calls received through the benefits telephone line in relation to the claim reviews.
