Shropshire Councils Handyperson Service is responsible for delivering a reliable and trustworthy Handyperson Service for those in need of minor adaptation to their homes, such as: grab rails, bannisters, and half steps. We receive referrals from teams such as: Occupational Therapy, Independent Living Partnership, ICS, and other external providers.

Ideally you will have experience of working within the trade sector and will have good experience of working with vulnerable clients. Key responsibilities will include the fitting of grab and stair rails, half steps, and key safes. You will be required to work well within a team but will be expected to manage your own daily workload.
