An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Family Support Worker within Shropshire Council Fostering Service, based in Shrewsbury. The role provides the opportunity to work with Foster Carers and colleagues across Childrens Service. You will support the shared vision for children to receive the best care and for Shropshire Councils Fostering Families to be provided the best support.

The successful candidate will work across the fostering service delivering targeted support services for prospective carers, approved carers, children and young people. You will support carers at varying stages of their fostering journey including during their assessment and post approval, enabling carers to support children with safe, stable and nurturing home environments.
