We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Family Support Workers to join our Early Help service. The Early Help and Support Team (EHAST) provides timely and coordinated Level 2 support to children, young people and families by offering short term, strengths based interventions, carrying out home visits and working closely with partner agencies to ensure the right help is offered at the earliest opportunity. You will also need access to your own car and a full UK driving licence.
