Shropshire Council’s Enable supported employment service has a vacancy for an Employment Coach. The post holder will support participants to improve their digital skills via one to one and group sessions. The post holder will be working with a range of participants who may have complex and challenging barriers. The post holder must be able to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standard of quality and customer service.
