Come and join our team to lead and coordinate support for young men and fathers across Shropshire! In this role you will manage a caseload, develop specialist knowledge through regular training, and work directly with families to assess their needs and connect them with essential services. You will collaborate with other professionals to deliver family plans, you will maintain excellent case records and ensure the effectiveness of interventions. You'll also facilitate community-based activities and deliver training programs.
