As a member of the Day Opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, within Adult Social care, you will support the achievement key social care priorities, making a real difference to the lives of people in Shropshire.

This post holder will be responsible in supporting individuals and group activities which can be community focussed and include digital services that are person centred, and strengths based - enabling care and support that promotes independence and inclusion.

In addition, you will work with others to create an offer that young people looking for their next opportunity will want to be part of and choose to join us. You will ensure that we support people with the aspiration of finding and using their individual gifts and skills to achieve their goals and maintain independence and inclusion at every opportunity. 

Working Pattern: 

Monday 9.30 am to 3 pm
Tuesday 9.30 am to 3 pm
Wednesday 9.30 am to 3 pm
Thursday 9.30 am to 3 pm
Friday 9.30 am to 3 pm
