The post will provide a specialist strategic housing role which will ensure that the Council’s housing strategies and policies are monitored, reviewed, and where relevant delivered.

The post holder will support the management and monitoring of the contract held by Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing (STAR) within the management agreement for the delivery of core housing services. The post holder will ensure that the services provided are fulfilling the contract and are provided to the highest standard, adhering to the latest regulation and legislation.
