The Pensions Team provides an efficient service for members and scheme employers of the Shropshire County Pension Fund, prioritising excellent customer care and continuous improvement in service delivery. The Fund supports over 50,000 members and more than 160 scheme employers.

As the Senior Systems Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing Altair, The Pensions Administration System to a high standard whilst leading your team through developments and supporting the wider team. Reporting to the Systems and Employer Relations Team Leader you will lead a team of officers, working to maintain and develop the system and processes and working with employers on all aspects of data collection to ensure a high standard of data quality is met. You will also oversee the collection and reconciliation of scheme member contributions.
