Are you passionate about empowering young people and educating them on the issues that affect them in today's society? We’re looking for a dynamic Locality Youth Support Worker to deliver high-quality youth work that changes lives.
In this role, you’ll lead detached youth work and Focused group sessions in schools and communities, build positive relationships, and work with partners to keep young people safe and supported. You’ll be at the heart of shaping a youth offer that meets real needs and helps young people thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
- You MUST hold a JNC-recognised Youth Work qualification (Level 3 or qbove)
- Experience delivering youth work and engaging vulnerable young people.
- Strong communication and partnership skills.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
